Morozova Midnight Blue & Gold Floral Nesting Dolls - 5 Nested Set
A beautiful five-piece nesting doll set signed by artist Morozova - each doll in deep midnight blue with sweeping white floral blooms and delicate gold scrollwork and dot detailing throughout. The faces are warmly painted with blue eyes, rosy cheeks and auburn hair, and the palette of navy, white and gold gives the set a dramatic, almost nocturnal elegance.
A signed set of striking contrast - the dark ground makes the white florals and gold accents sing, and the varied patterning across all five pieces shows the creative range and confident hand characteristic of Morozova's work.
This is a five nested piece set. Signed by the artist Morozova.
Handmade in Russia.
